Our Executive Director is responsible for the execution of our organisation’s mission. In this capacity, the Director accounts for the results of an international organisation that receives over €10,000,000 in donations and funding annually, where some 200+ people work, which is supported by approximately 45,000 donors, and has 100 volunteers.

The Executive Director is in charge of an organisation that cooperates with many international partners, including health ministries, scientists, companies, and other NGOs.
The annual salary of the Executive Director
The Supervisory Board reviews the remuneration of the Executive Director. The Board concluded that the remuneration policy was performed in accordance with the regulations. The 2021 annual salary of the Executive Director Mrs Linda Hummel was €120,987 (1 FTE/12 months).
