Liesbeth Mieras is a medical doctor with more than 20 years of international experience in public health and infectious diseases. At NLR, she is a technical consultant and works from NLR’s International Office in Amsterdam.

” Working at NLR, I team up with people from various cultural backgrounds, which I really enjoy. In my capacity as a technical consultant, I provide medical technical advice to develop and further improve NLR’s projects and research. I frequently do this in collaboration with governments and partner organisations. Finally, I supervise students who do their traineeship at NLR.”
