Functional cookies

NLR uses functional cookies to make the website function properly.

Analytical cookies

To determine which parts of our websites are most interesting to our visitors, we use software from a third party (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager). We also measure how many visitors come to our website, which days and times and which content is most viewed. We use this information to improve our websites and make them as user- friendly as possible for you. We do not reduce the statistics and other reports to individuals. In addition, NLR uses the Hotjar to test different versions of our websites and landing pages to find out which works best

You can install the ‘Google Analytics Opt- out Browser Add- on’ to prevent our websites from passing information about your visits to Google Analytics.

Tracking and social media cookies

Through our websites we offer access to various social media such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube. In order to recruit new sponsors, NLR regularly sets up online marketing campaigns. For example, this could be campaigns on social media where we ask potential sponsors to make a donation to NLR. To measure the impact of our campaigns, we use cookies such as Facebook Pixel. To see what social media platforms do with personal data, you can view the privacy statements of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn. These statements can change regularly. Leprosy has no influence on this.

Furthermore, NLR uses retargeting from Google (Doubleclick). We use this technique to make our advertising offer more relevant.

Delete cookies

You can only delete cookies yourself because they are stored on your own computer. If you delete cookies, our websites may not function optimally or you may not be able to use certain parts of our website. More information about switching on and off and removing cookies can be found in the instructions or using the help function of your browser.
