Vacancy: Support Officer Infolep & InfoNTD platforms (16h/week)

About the position:
As a Support Officer, you will contribute to the Infolep & InfoNTD portals – two leading online knowledge platforms in the field of leprosy and NTDs. Your work will help other researchers, healthcare professionals, and policymakers access crucial information to combat these diseases.
You will be supervised by the coordinator Infolep & InfoNTD and work 16 hours per week, ideally on Monday & Thursday or Tuesday & Thursday (but this can be discussed).
Your responsibilities:
🌍 Content management (65%)
- Search, select, and upload relevant publications and resources to the platforms
- Monitor and fix broken links, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Identify opportunities for online link-building and collaborations with other platforms
- Support improvements to the portals and their services
📢 Information & Communication (30%)
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in leprosy, NTDs, and global health
- Prepare and distribute a monthly e-newsletter for both platforms
- Assist users in finding literature and responding to information requests
- Write engaging content and promote the portals via social media
🤝 Partnership & Event Support (5%)
- Assist in the preparation of the annual partner meeting and note-taking during key meetings
- Support the development and execution of a communication plan
Your profile:
- Currently studying or recently graduated (HBO/University) in Global Health, Social Sciences or a related field
- Passionate about knowledge sharing and international development
- Experience in / affinity with online platforms
- Strong English communication skills (Dutch is a plus)
- Organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and good communication skills
