Competency framework
In 2021, the coordinators developed a Competency Framework, highlighting the competencies which we consider relevant for the NLR technical staff, and we believe contribute to the success on the road to Zero Leprosy.
The Learning Agenda
In 2022, a competency self-assessment survey among the alliance technical staff resulted in the identification of competency gaps, allowing for the development of personal, organizational and alliance-wide Learning Agendas
Based on the learning agendas, plans (individual, organizational and global) are developed to meet the learning needs through formal and informal capacity strengthening. These plans are monitored over the years, and results are discussed and documented. A guide to monitor and evaluate training activities has been developed and can be found here.
The 70-20-10 model demonstrates the possible learning methods and to what extent they facilitate learning and development.
In the following document, you can find some examples of how TCBiA activities apply to this model, and inspiration for your personal trajectory and for the growth of the organization.
